About Us

I am a 1st generation bilingual American Latina. I chose to pursue a college degree with little guidance on how to navigate the college system. In my journey to fight the odds, I set the goal of obtaining my Master's Degree in Social Work. Today I am proud to be offering bilingual mental health therapy after achieving my goal of a Master's in Social Work and getting dually licensed in Social Work and Addiction Counseling.

I enjoy helping people figure out using systems that can be helpful, learning about health, and talking about how healing is unique to each individual. In community health since 2015 and then in Community Mental Health since 2019. I have worked with people from so many different backgrounds and have learned so much about human responses to our lived stories. Personally, I enjoy exploring our beautiful state, I love dancing, spending time with my small family, and finding food gems. I highly enjoy having meaningful conversations that lead people to think differently and demand more of themselves, and their surroundings, and achieve more personal wins.
